An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning inside the double room were handy. Appreciated the location in a central area. Moreover, the hotel was just a short walk away from an Italian archeological museum.

The setting is excellent and convenient, with shops, restaurants, the port, and tourist attractions nearby. A public shopping gallery is also just a short distance away. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of delicious food options.

The hotel offers great value rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Conveniently situated in a lively area on the main pedestrian shopping street. Comfortable setting. Easy access to Via Roma.

We had a short but fantastic stay at Napoli Centro Suite E Spa. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything. The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and even arranged a shuttle ride for our early morning flight. The breakfast was delicious and we were sad to miss it on our departure day. We would definitely stay here again!

It's also very close to the city centre, so you can easily walk to all the major attractions. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a fridge for convenience. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. a great hotel in a fantastic location.

Although the hotel was great in many aspects, the only downside was the lack of tea making facilities in the room. Guests had to use the kitchen area for that, but it wasn't working during their stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel with spacious rooms and a delicious continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage. The highlight of our stay was the local recommendations given by Francesco, Anna, and Isabella, who truly embraced and shared the culture with us. The surprise spa was absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff made our experience memorable. The only drawbacks were the lack of tea-making facilities in the room and the Wi-Fi not working consistently. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location and friendly atmosphere. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
